"Kinetic Rocketeers" est une exploration fantomatique de la maison de Frank Malina, pionnier de l'aéronautique.
Étudiant de Von Karman à Caltech, ils fonderont l'Aerojet Propulsion Laboratory, avec Jack Parson, Edward S. Forman, Martin Summerfield, et Andrew Haley.
Avant de devenir artiste, précurseur de l'art cinétique.

Le film évoque l’histoire secrète du programme spatial américain, fruit d’une enquête minutieuse chez Malina, et enrichie d’archives inédites, qui mêlent politique, science, art, poésie, sexe et occultisme.

La bande originale du film a été composée par Gaël Angelis à partir de captations sonores et de champs électro-magnétiques de la maison et des œuvres de Frank Malina.

"Kinetic Rocketeers" is a ghostly exploration of the home of Frank Malina, a pioneer of aeronautics.
Von Karman's student at Caltech, they founded the Aerojet Propulsion Laboratory, with Jack Parson, Edward S. Forman, Martin Summerfield, and Andrew Haley.
Before becoming an artist, precursor of kinetic art.

The film evokes the secret history of the American space program, the fruit of a meticulous investigation at Malina's house, and enriched with unpublished archives, which mix politics, science, art, poetry, sex and occultism.

The soundtrack of the film was composed by Gaël Angelis from sound recordings and electro-magnetic fields of the house and works by Frank Malina.
