"Allegro Furioso" emprunte ainsi son nom au 4ème mouvement du livre.
À partir d’images de musiques filmées, se dessine par fragments un portrait collectif, mémoire d’une scène électro-acoustique et électronique expérimentale au tournant des années 2000, qui nous emmène dans un univers marginal parfois inhospitalier.
Ces séquences sont entrecoupées uniquement par les phrases se rapportant au son dans le 4ème mouvement du livre.
Les images et le texte mettent un accent particulier sur le caractère violent de la société, et de sa vitesse, mais témoignent également d’un espace de liberté d’où il est possible de porter un regard heureux et lyrique sur le monde.

"The sound and fury" of William Faulkner is composed according to 4 tempos: Moderato - Adagio - Allegro - Allegro Furioso.
"Allegro Furioso" takes its name from the 4th movement of the book.

On the basis of images of filmed music, it draws by fragments a collective portrait, memory of an electro-acoustic and experimental electronic scene at turn of millenium, which takes us into a marginal universe, sometimes inhospitable.
These sequences are interspersed only by the sentences relating to the sound in the 4th movement of the book.
The images and the text put a special emphasis on the violent character of society and its speed, but also testify to a space of freedom from which it is possible to have a happy and lyrical look on the world.
